Recsystem FR
Recsystem® FR is the ultimate fire-retardant fabric for awnings and shade. Woven with inherently fire-retardant modified acrylic yarn, it is certified to meet all relevant FR codes. A proprietary back coating makes Recsystem® FR waterproof when properly installed.
Now, you can have it all: unique long-lasting colors, protection from the weather and meet local safety regulations for fire-retardant standards.
Recsystem® FR canvases come in 60’’ width with 3 solid colors range.
Recsystem® FR fabrics are designed for outdoor use, providing excellent UV protection and durability. Constructed of solution-dyed acrylic, they guarantee high resistance to any weather condition, maximum color fastness to sunlight and the natural look of woven acrylic fabrics.
Recsystem® FR is designed to achieve high impermeability with a hydrostatic head rating of over 1000 mm. These canvases are back coated with high-tech resins to provide optimal resistance to water penetration.
Recsystem® FR fabrics are also manufactured using the exclusive Recasens’ Infinity Process, a high-tech finish that offers to the fabrics an exceptional repellency to water, dirt and a high resistance to mold and mildew. It creates a long-lasting fabric that keeps its aesthetic appeal throughout the life of the fabric.
Recsystem® FR fabric meets the highest fire retardant and safety standards, certifying these fabrics for use in any public building, hospital, school, hotel, etc.
All Recasens fabric manufacturing processes are optimized for solar protection applications, giving our canvases a high tensile strength and superior dimensional stability.
Recsystem® FR canvases follow rigorous quality controls throughout the manufacturing process, meeting all requirements for obtaining approval of the UNE-EN 13561:2004+A1:2009 (performance requirements including awning safety).
For 5 years after installation, RECASENS warranty covers their fabrics against decomposition and fading only, for regularly maintained fabrics under normal use and environmental conditions.
RECASENS will either, at its discretion, replace free of charge or reimburse the invoice value of the section of fabric recognized as faulty, excluding any costs or any other compensation for any reason whatsoever.
The warranty does not protect against any damage due to abuse, neglect, vandalism, burns of any kind, fires and natural disasters.
Consequently, the warranty excludes the following damages:
The warranty excludes the cost of any mechanical device (hardware, mechanisms, structures, etc.) as well as any cost of manufacturing, assembly and installation.
The warranty takes effect from the date of installation of awnings, curtains or any other product made with RECASENS canvases.
RECASENS canvases are a component of the final product. If you detect any defective fabric, please contact the installer or distributor from whom you purchased the product.
